The couple named their daughter Charlotte Rose Edman.

Tommy Edman and his wife, Sarah, are thrilled to announce the birth of their first child, a daughter named Charlotte Rose Edman. Charlotte was born on Wednesday, July 27, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19 inches long.

“We are so excited to welcome Charlotte into our lives,” the couple said in a statement. “She is a beautiful baby girl, and we can’t wait to watch her grow and learn.”

Edman is a shortstop for the St. Louis Cardinals, and Sarah is a nurse. The couple married in November 2021.
